We have a traditional tea room, Cloisters half way up the hill.

Also a great cafe and ice-cream parlour called Bellinis.

A  Vegetarian Wholefood restaurant, The Goodlife which is down Barracks Passage, halfway up the Cop.

The Cornhouse Restaurant is at the bottom and serves very interesting meals in a great atmosphere.

Alfie and Billie's is a modern cafe serving a good range.

We then have a whole variety of Indian and Balti resaurants - Ramna, The Masala, Shuvecha and Sharaz and Lee's Garden serving Chinese Cuisine.

Top that off with 3 pubs - The Nags Head, The Hop and Friar and The Lion Tap

In the centre of Wyle Cop we have the famous Lion Hotel. A beautiful hotel in the centre of Shrewbury.

At the bottom of the Cop, right by the River Severn we have The Lion & Pheasant Hotel.

Just off  Wyle Cop on St Julian Friars we have the Sandford House Hotel and The Abbotts Mead Hotel. Both within a very easy walk of the river, the Quarry and all the wonderful shops.
